We now seek a Housekeeper who is passionate about, and thrives on, making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
Through support, training and coaching of your domestic and laundry teams, you will assume responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents rooms and in all communal areas.
You will ensure that the correct staff resource is always available through accurate staff rostering, prioritising resident care at all times which actively promotes continual improvement of standards in all areas.
This approach should reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment in which our residents are valued, respected, and retain their individualism and dignity.
You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents and, through the adherence to all policies and procedures ensure that delivery to the highest standards, through your teams, makes a true difference to each of our residents which contributes to the ongoing fulfilment of their lives.
