Head Gardener or Gardening Couple Wanted for Private Estate in Oxfordshire.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Gardener or Gardening Couple to manage the gardens of a prestigious estate in Oxfordshire.
Requirements: For individual applicants we are looking for a horticulturallytrained gardener with a strong work ethic and a proven track record.
For couples one must be a qualified horticulturist while the other should have extensive gardening experience though formal qualifications are not required.
You will be supported by parttime gardeners.
40 hours per week over 5 days.
Accommodation: A onebedroom barn conversion on the estate is provided.
Salary: 35k 40k per annum for a Head Gardener 60k per annum gross for a Gardening Couple The position is available immediately with a flexible start date for the right candidate.
