Head Chef - Neighbourhood Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced chef with a strong background in British cuisine to oversee a neighbourhood bar and restaurant in NW London. Managing a team of 10 chefs, you will cater for a la carte dining and events.

Must be a creative Head Chef with experience in modern British cuisine in an upmarket gastro pub or restaurant.

Working 5 out of 7, 48 hour contract.
