Head Chef required in the Clitheroearea for a Live in role within a Fresh Food Gastro Pub .
This Gastro Pub uses fantastic local produce to create great fresh food dishes.
Salary for this role is up to £45,000.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef/Sous Chef looking for a step up The role: As Head Chef you will run this kitchen and create fantastic dishes using the great produce they are well known for in the area.
You will ensure your budgets are met, train staff and manage the kitchen team.
This role will include all the normal Head Chef duties.
Experience: We are looking for a Head Chef from a fresh food background with previous experience in a Gastro Pub or similar environment.
