Head Chef Newquay Based Beautifully located operation by the ocean Salary £40,000 + opportunity to earn £5k GP related bonus Live in accomdation available for relocating candidates Our client, based on one of Newquay's most amazing beaches , along with it's award-winning Spa, Café, Bar, restaurant with function facilities are looking to appoint an experienced Head Chef to join the team.
Our client's establishment is well known for its fresh seasonal food, it's amazing views and high quality food and beverage sales and service all year round and are part of an award winning hotel group of hotels.
As Head Chef you will: Have experience of working in professional kitchens at same level for over 5 years Worked in high volume, hotels with multiple food and beverage operations Be able to do deal with high pressure situations and deliver outstanding food consistently all the time from breakfast, lunch and dinner to special function and events all year round.
Be able to drive the kitchen department forward with proactive ideas, implementing training and getting the very best from your amazing team Have ability of being able to identify current and future eating trends.
Cook to a consistently high level Help and support all members of the kitchen team Be organised, have excellent kitchen and financial management skills This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be available to start Immediately .
This role will involve a mix of straight and split shifts.
Live in could be available to help with rrlocating candidates.
