We are actively seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade in our brand-new restaurant RenMor.
You will also support our other two restaurants, The Terrace and The Deck.

Lots to do, but lots of fun.. As Commis Chef you will be expected to ; We are looking for a Commis Chef with the drive and determination to become a reliable and committed chef within our kitchen team.
The role of Commis Chef involves assisting with food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie.
As well as food preparation and basic cooking our Commis Chef will rotate through the different kitchen sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and larder in order to become a well-rounded chef.
Checking food stocks, reporting on shortages, throwing out food that is close to expiry and keeping the larder areas in good order.
Working to established health and safety guidelines.
Ensuring that all guests requests/food orders are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
Salary and contract..
This is a full-time permanent position based on a 48-hour working week, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
