Leading a dedicated kitchen team, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to inventory management.

Working Hours Full-time position 5 days a week with weekend availability Potential of 4-day working week Key Duties Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding culinary creations Develop and implement seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience Key Requirements Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
Ideally around a minimum of 3 years experience.
Confidence in leading the kitchen team.
