Job Title: CDP Luxury Hotel Location: Just Outside Leeds Salary: Up to £28K + Tips We are advertising on behalf of a luxury hotel located just outside of Leeds, which is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning setting, with great benefits and the chance to create exceptional culinary experiences.

Shift hours from 12 noon to 10pm (with flexibility as needed).

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Help in menu development, ensuring seasonal and local ingredients are at the forefront.
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent culinary excellence.
Manage stock control, ordering, and maintain food cost management.
Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef , ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for food quality, presentation, and creativity.
Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations.
Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business.
