About You
Previous experience working with children and young people with SEND
An empathetic and patient individual with a passion for supporting student's learning and development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to provide tailored support and implement behaviour plans The ability to work independently and effectively in a team Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
