Hard Fm Contract Manager

TecRec are recruiting for a Hard FM Contract Manager to join a FM & Property Maintenance company, looking after a portfolio of commercial & healthcare sites across Kent, Surrey and Essex.
You will oversee a team of 20 which includes, Service Managers, Supervisors, Mobile & Static Engineers while managing a 3M P&L.
The ideal candidate will have experience of multi site contract management and managing a directly employed maintenance team.
You will be responsible for delivering an effective hard facilities management service in line with contractual obligations and budgets.
