Bull and Chisel Ltd is seeking a Temporary skilled Handyman to handle a variety of maintenance tasks in our properties.
The Handyman will play a crucial role in ensuring that our environments are safe, functional, and appealing for guests.
This position requires a hands-on approach, with a strong focus on both repairs and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work in various properties Assist with emergencies and urgent repairs as required Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and make necessary repairs Handle plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed Maintain tools and equipment in good condition Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance needs and potential improvements Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment Manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks Requirements Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role Knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and within a team Effective problem-solving skills Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic computer skills for managing work orders and reporting
