Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers.
Provide support and guidance to families on educational matters.
Address attendance concerns and implement strategies to improve school attendance.
Work closely with teachers and school staff to support student learning.
Promote the school's values and ethos within the community.
Essential Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of child development and learning.
Experience of working with families from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with parents/carers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
