As a Care Assistant at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, always treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve.
In this role, you will: Provide personal care and support to our residents.
Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal times.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives.
About You: While qualifications such as an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care are advantageous, what we value most is your compassion, dedication, and genuine interest in connecting with our residents and their families.
