Job description: In the UK, Guardian is continually looking for talented individuals to help them continue their growth and presence in the regional market.
All UK manufacturing is based from the plant in Goole, East Yorkshire which has recently made significant investment in a new furnace which uses advanced technology and will secure glass manufacture at the site for the next 20 years.
The plant can produce some of the most advanced and innovative energy saving architectural glass on the market today.
The plant is a lower tier COMAH site which operates a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Process Engineer.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is key in delivering our Quality Vision with the emphasis being to reliably develop, produce, and deliver quality glass solutions.
Be a Quality Champion for the plant.
Be responsible for investigating customer claims to find the root cause of issues reported and defining any corrective actions required.
Drive the management of change, continuous improvement and quality actions across all departments.
Be responsible for the Quality Management System and provide training and support to others in the plant.
Build relationships through engagement with customers and with European quality team.
Work collaboratively in order to enhance the Quality infrastructure.
