Growth Marketing Manager

Zoeva is seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
You will work closely with the GMD to craft and execute a robust performance marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition, increases website traffic, and boosts sales across various digital channels.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid marketing activations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multi-country campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the GMD to develop and execute the performance marketing strategy Allocate budget and create detailed plans aligned with key business objectives, focusing on new customer acquisition, website traffic, and optimal marketing spend by channel Oversee all paid digital media channels particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Google.
Ensuring best practice creative and targeting to achieve optimal ROAS.
Work with account managers at each platform and manage a team of paid media specialists Working alongside the Product Marketing Manager to develop responsive creatives and marketing hooks to promote key products, services and brand messages Enhance marketing response by managing the customer journey and localised experiences using landing pages and conversion-focused tactics Implement creative across multiple countries and languages, including Germany, UK, France & Italy.
Report on local performance and suggest strategies to grow international customer recruitment and sales Recruit influencers to promote key products, services, and brand messaging.
Develop and deploy influencer creative for performance marketing where appropriate Manage affiliate marketing (Content, Vouchers, Cashback) with AWIN in the UK and DE.
Identify opportunities to expand affiliate revenues and implement additional local affiliate marketing programs Take ownership of all performance marketing reporting, trends, and KPIs.
Provide detailed analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts.
Skills / Qualifications: Degree level - (in marketing, preferably).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a similar senior role with a keen interest in beauty and lifestyle trends, as well as Brands.
Previous experience in cosmetics is not mandatory, but may be advantageous.
Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
Commercially astute, proactive and self-starter.
Unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and build support for those decisions.
A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong team building skills.
Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of the digital landscape and trends.
Good and confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments.
