What's this role all about?
We are looking for a hungry (pun-intended!
)experienced Marketing Ninja to join our marketing team, responsible for executing smart & impactful marketing campaigns across our licensed partners to drive sales both onsite and via delivery.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic commercial thinking, and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate would have an innate passion & curiosity for food and the restaurant/hospitality landscape, and ideally with experience managing people and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
We want someone who sees things that others don't see, who doesn't accept the status quo and who is restless in finding creative solutions to constantly improve the offer.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Focus: Supercharge sales initiatives both onsite and online, developing strategies that skyrocket customer engagement and conversion rates.
Campaign Execution: Be the powerhouse who creates marketing strategies and executes them into dynamic campaigns, driving sales growth and customer engagement across our expanding national portfolio.
Marketing Activations: Lead the charge in planning and executing unforgettable marketing campaigns and events, ensuring flawless delivery.
Creative Collaboration: Team up with designers to craft stunning, impactful and disruptive marketing assets that drive sales.
Project Management: Own marketing projects from start to finish, delivering on time and on budget, ensuring our partners and customers are always happy.
Process Implementation: Be obsessed to drive efficiency in everything we do.
Stakeholder Management: Drive customer/partner relationships and ensure we are always exceeding their expectations.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams—food dev, operations, and marketing—to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Data-Led Decision Making: Ensuring that data is at the heart of everything we do.
A thirst to analyse data and metrics on the impact of marketing campaigns.

We want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.
Experience and attributes 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy & execution that resulted in sales growth - experience in food and hospitality/restaurants is a huge plus also.
Considerable experience working with multiple agencies and freelance partners at one time, including briefings, seasonal planning, performance tracking and reporting Demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects and multiple stakeholders both internally and externally Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong copy-writing skills in English Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Loves working in a fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial and high-growth environment with the capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving.
