Group Transport - Administrator

We are recruiting a Transport Administrator to join our team, based at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire, MK43 9EJ.
This role will provide an effective and total administration service to support the Central Transport team, whilst ensuring that a high standard of customer service is applied to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include: Transport team general correspondence and administration, including suppliers and yards The maintenance of central vehicle records for all vehicles and plant and updating paper and computerised filing systems Dealing with incoming telephone calls The raising and processing of purchase orders Collating and ordering any stationary requirements for the team.
