Group Program Manager

Group Program Manager, 6 month-Day Rate Contract, Belfast (hybrid), up to £800 p/d We are currently working with a global financial institution to recruit a group Program Manager on a day rate contract to work on regulatory driven programs focusing on data capture, storage, process controls, and risk reporting across different business lines, operations onboarding, and risk reporting.
You will be responsible for managing the execution business analysis tasks such as process mapping, business requirements, testing scripts, data analysis, and project administration.
The role also involves scrutinizing and challenging documentation, ensuring robust meeting minutes, tracking actions, and supporting internal audit queries.
As a subject matter expert, the individual will guide peers and program leaders on frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Collaboration with Internal Audit, ORM, and the Global Project Management Office is essential to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following skills/experience: 10 years' experience in a Senior PM related roles with financial organisations In-depth understanding and experience of the project lifecycle, change management governance, business analysis, including business process mapping, control requirements, data analysis, business requirements documentation, implementation including user acceptance testing and development and adoption.
Ability to manage Meetings and Minutes, RAID logs and communicate effectively on risks / issues with senior stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills This role will be hybrid with 3 days working from the office in Belfast.
Although the role is initially for a 6-month period there is a high possibility of extension.
