Job Description Our client is an established UK business with a significant bricks & mortar estate and rapidly growing FMCG business, with both UK and International operations.

We are inviting applications from those candidates that are currently in a Group Head of Marketing / Marketing Director role within a reputable brand in the food, drink, hospitality, or brand-led businesses who also have a strong commercialisation understanding.
The Group Head of Marketing & Commercialisation will report directly to the CEO.
Outline of the Role:Marketing: Responsible for the development of the overall marketing strategy and execution for the bricks & mortar and FMCG business.
Must have strong leadership experience in managing multiple team members.
Must have a proven budget, cost analysis, and data mining track record.
Drive product development and seasonal promotions with the team.
Oversee the implementation of marketing activities across a broad range of digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile App, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing).
Pitch and work with leading brands for collaborative projects and partnerships.
Manage and maintain the company-owned media including websites, mobile apps, email, and social media.
Management of Creative Agency accounts.
Drive growth in corporate and private events within the business.
Oversee the growth of the social media accounts.
Commercial: Develop commercial strategies around both the bricks & mortar and FMCG business with a focus on successful execution.
Conduct market research to identify expansion and business opportunities, with a focus on expanding the FMCG business internationally.
Evaluate the performance of the business through data analysis and performance management through KPIs.
Work closely with the Head of Operations & Logistics on the new product development process for both the high street and FMCG categories.
Maintain and develop strategic partnerships for the benefit of both the Bricks & Mortar business and FMCG business.
Ensure compliance and risk management of the business, alongside contract reviews across the business.
Experience/Skills Required: At least 5+ consecutive years of experience in Group Marketing Management and Commercialisation.
An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running social media channels.
Track record of driving commercial growth.
Experience in creating business plans, financial modelling, forecasts, and negotiating contracts.
Proven track record in a significant multi-site business.
