Job Title: Foreman Reporting To: Project Manager Division: Building North Location: Belfast Contract Type: Permanent Benefits: Car allowance, Pension, Subsidised Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance Scheme About Us: As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop, we are seeking multiple enthusiastic and experienced Foreman to join our Building / Construction Division.
This role is pivotal in managing the successful completion of various building and construction projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily operations on construction sites.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers.
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
