Graduate Recruitment Role Location: Central London Salary: £30,000 base salary, 1st year OTE £40,000, 2nd year OTE £70,000.

The Role: The Graduate Recruitment role, is designed to train you to become a first-class head-hunter.
Our training combines classroom learning with practical one-to-one mentoring to get you confident in your role as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities include conducting research, identifying top industry performers, market mapping, meeting potential candidates, and developing new client relationships.
