The Opportunity The Faststream Recruitment Group , established in 1999 with over 100 employees, is the Global People Specialist in Shipping, Maritime, and Energy Recruitment.
With office hubs in Southampton, UK, and Singapore, we deliver professional recruitment services and solutions to our clients and candidates in key maritime hubs across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Faststream, you'll help our clients across EMEA to source and recruit various commercial positions, including business development managers, sales managers, aftersales positions in the Marine Industry.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a strong and stable team of established recruiters on a well-developed desk, which will offer you instant access to a database of clients and candidates.
You will work closely with our Singapore office and US Recruitment team to network and develop relationships with high-level business leaders across the world.
You will attend regular client meetings and key maritime events, including SMM, Seaworks, and more, so the ability to network and build business relationships is essential.
