Suir Engineering have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
This position will be based from our office in Manchester assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

What you will be doing?
Assisting the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with relevant project cost management activities.
Provide support to the Construction Team on all QS functions Attending all handover meetings.
Following up contract documents, ensuring they are acceptable and signed.
Following up on the required bond and ensuring it is issued.
Ensuring relevant insurance is in place, including respective subcontractors.
Scheduling of interim valuation dates for assigned project.
Projecting cash flows for assigned project.

Candidates must have Level 8 or relevant bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
