Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with a local Software Consultancy to recruit for the role of Graduate Project Manager.
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, supporting the delivery of successful projects.
You will empower Scrum Teams, assist in removing obstacles, and ensure that projects remain on track.
Your responsibilities will include tracking work progress, setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and identifying and mitigating risks to facilitate seamless project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers to drive project delivery and empower Scrum Teams.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Delegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure completion.
Identify and address potential risks, proposing mitigations where necessary.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
Support Agile practices and promote continuous improvement within teams.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Proven ability to support successful project delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Capable of working independently when required.
Further Advantageous Criteria: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Familiarity with software development processes.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have obtained or be towards a degree in business, IT, or a related discipline.
You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
