As a Graduate Estimator, you will assist in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects including materials, transport, labour, and equipment.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in construction estimating, offering hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities for professional growth.
Your day to day will include: Analysing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential information for estimates.
Supporting the development of project budgets and cost control measures.
Assisting in preparing bid proposals and tender documents.

When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme.
The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
The role of Graduate Estimator is great for you if: Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence.
