My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformations.
The primary office location is in Cheltenham/Gloucestershire (among others but Cheltenham is preferred), offering a hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite + ad hoc client site travel when required.
They are looking for a Business Analyst to join a rapidly growing team and will be primarily responsible for; Business Analysts are subject matter experts that build the bridge between our business and our clients, immersing themselves into the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions.

Your role will involve: Discussing and elaborating requirements with end users and client stakeholders.
Facilitating and leading workshops to expand requirements and provide solutions.
Be involved in the full project lifecycle and have the central role of liaising with people and teams across the wider organisation, as well as Product Owners, Architects, and Developers within the Integration team.
Providing the development team with user stories that have clear descriptions and acceptance criteria, two sprints ahead.
Investigating client's activities, playing a key role by testing systems and providing competitive commercial solutions.
Enable user-centric design through continuous engagement with end users.
• Supporting the Product Owner and the business to solve their challenges from design to implementation.
Main requirements; Must hold active eDV Clearance Agile Principles, Methodology and Practices Systems and Business Analysis experience Ability to draw process maps, write user stories, and epics.
Evidence of experience with gathering and analyzing technical and non-technical information, documenting processes and solutions to solve specific problems or meet business/systems outcomes.
Must excel at stakeholder management leadership and decision-making.
Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new skills constantly looking to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients.
