Key Responsibilities Due to the continuing success and growth of our UK team, AESG are seeking a Graduate Commercial Assistant to support the growing UK business.
The role will be to assist in the preparation and management of contracts, purchase orders, and other commercial documents related to the successful delivery of UK and international projects.
This role will support the Commercial Manager in budget management and financial reporting while working closely with project teams to draft and plan early-stage project tenders and bids.
The role will also assist the team in the preparation of project-specific goals and requirements including project administration and IMS compliance.
This role requires you to have the ability to apply practical solutions to resolve project challenges.

The Ideal Candidate Fits the Below Profile: Strong communication skills Motivated and self-driven (entrepreneurial outlook) Committed to technical excellence Good relationship builder (internal and external) Collaborative personality Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage contracts and commercial agreements.  Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders Maintain detailed and organised records of all commercial activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and financial document.
Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation.
Ensure compliance with the IMS system and culture of safety, sustainability and continuous improvement and the companys culture, philosophy and approach is exemplified and fostered Support the implementation of quality control procedures Essential Skills: Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or equivalent Ability to apply practical solutions to resolve project challenges.
Proficient Excel abilities (Advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
Effective communication skills Organisational skills and adaptability Developed interpersonal skills and ability to reason, read and adapt to address a broad audience with comfort and presence.
Demonstrates strategic thinking, organised planning capacity.
