We are looking for a Graduate BPI Analyst to join our successful RPA team.
This role is homebased .
The successful candidate's role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; Ensure project work is adequately scoped and defined.
Conduct research and analysis of customer specifications and requirements.
Review and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and provide comprehensive solutions.
Attend meetings with business owners as needed.
Produce high-quality functional and technical design specifications.
Define and manage appropriate work packages.
Develop RPA bots according to provided specifications.
Perform internal testing of RPA solutions, identifying and resolving bugs.
Prepare solutions for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide assistance during UAT.
Maintain regular development progress updates and reports.
Required skills and qualifications; Professional and confident demeanour.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a "starter-finisher" mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Experience with data manipulation, reporting, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Basic coding skills and familiarity with Windows-based business applications.
Strong initiative, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.
