Graduate Aviation Analyst - Management Consulting

Details of the offer

Job Description Your role in aviation: Navigating the complexities of the highly regulated, globally networked and safety-critical aviation industry is no small feat.
Yet, with a proven track record of over 4,000 successful projects spanning across 100+ countries, our team stands out.
Within our aviation business we specialise in delivering trusted consultancy, design, and engineering solutions to major airports, ANSPs, industry players, and governments.
Our work involves enhancing operational efficiency and safety, shaping policies and strategies, and adapting to every significant industry shift.
We're looking for individuals with a range of expertise, who are keen to forge a career in the aviation industry and work across areas such as sustainability and air traffic management within a management consultancy environment.
Our clients include airports, ANSP's, governments and regulators so the projects and the work you will be involved in will very varied.
At times you'll work on highly analytical projects requiring you to hone your data analysis skills, and other times you'll be leaning on your report writing and presentation skills.
Our philosophy is to encourage you to manage your own career and time – you'll have far more autonomy than our competitors offer.
We work in partnership with our clients and partners, either in our offices or on client premises, and our work often has a real and immediate impact for our clients.
This is something which our staff find very rewarding and, in return, we ask that you deliver amazing work and ensure that our clients keep coming back to us!
As a Graduate: Embarking on your graduate journey with Egis Aviation means you'll also be joining a wider cohort of graduates, in all disciplines across the different business areas.
You'll receive a tailored training schedule that supports you as you begin your career with us, giving you the tools to thrive and excel in your area and empower you to reach your aspirations.  We'll support you in fostering strong connections with colleagues from across the organisation through a variety of in-person training sessions, coffee mornings, networking lunches and site visits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start a meaningful career, in a company that values its employee's opinion, impact, well-being and career aspirations To apply, please provide your CV and a Cover Letter expressing your interest and suitability for a role in Aviation Management Consulting.
You must have the right to work in the UK Qualifications Expecting to graduate with a minimum of 2:1 in a STEM or Aviation related subject.
You will be keen to work on a wide range of consultancy projects and other activities within aviation.
Your written and verbal presentation skills must be of a high standard.
Be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to analyse and distil information.
Strong report writing skills are a key requirement of this role.
Have strong client inter-personal skills; it is important that you enjoy the prospect of client engagement whether in workshops, training sessions, one-to-one meetings or simply networking over coffee.
The consultancy environment can be very fast-paced with opportunities emerging at very short notice that will require a flexible, agile approach to delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting or exceeding client requirements.
Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunities employer, and we strive to build a workforce that truly reflects the communities we represent.
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, regardless of age, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, and any other protected characteristic.
If you decide to apply for an opportunity with us, your application will be assessed based purely on your experience, the essential and desirable criteria, and your suitability for the role.
