Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly, while collaborating on long-term strategies with the management team.
Technology & Software Integration: Lead the selection and implementation of advancedhealthcaresoftware and technology solutions to keep the clinic at the cutting edge.
Personnel & Health & Safety: Recruit and train staff, manage compliance with Health and Safety regulations, maintain training records, and promote a safe working environment for patients and employees.
Patient Interaction: Act as the clinics complaints officer, manage patient interactions, and support the team in handling challenging situations with professionalism and care.
General & Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of the clinics facilities, including maintenance, IT systems, and compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
Performance & Quality Management: Lead quality assurance programs, prepare annual reports, ensure staff development, and maintain clinic readiness for external inspections.
What Theyre Looking For They are seeking adynamic, self-motivated leaderwho is experienced in managinghealthcarepractices and has a track record in GP settings.
You should have a thorough understanding ofhealthcareadministration, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organisationaland communication skills.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a busy GP setting, with familiarity withRQIAinspections.
Strong knowledge ofhealthcaresoftware systems and Health and Safety regulations.
Minimum of5 years in a supervisory rolewithinhealthcare, with practical HR experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to foster positive relationships in a fast-paced environment.
