Job summary We are offering a fixed term contract as part of the GP ARRS scheme for newly qualified GPs recently out of training between October 2024 -April 2025.
Main duties of the job We utilise TPPSystem One clinical system only.We are looking for 4-6 Sessions per weekWe are looking at cover over multiple sites.Supervisionand support will be provided across all sites of working, Five out of Six practices are training sitesThis role will follow BMA contract requirementsFlexible working possibleFlexible start date, though we are keen to have someone in post asapInformalvisits encouraged, please contact Dr M Lyons.

Supervision and support will be available cross all sites ofworking.
TPP System One is the clinical system used across all ourpractices.Asa member of our network you will work closely with a wider team, includingClinical Pharmacists, PAs, ACPs and wider nursing team.
We also have adeveloped social prescribing team who work across all practices including CareCo-ordinators who lead on our Health and Wellbeing Hub.

We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service of carewhilst complying with the NHSE Contract, this involves working collaborativelywith the wider multidisciplinary team.The following are the main core responsibilities of a salaried GP.These will vary as workload dictates.1.
Provisionof care as detailed in the Primary Care Contract.
2.
Genericprescribing adhering to local and national guidance.3.
Effectivemanagement of acute and long term conditions.
4.
Processingof administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescriptionsand other administrative tasks.
5.
UndertakeTriage and other duty doctor roles6.
Maintainaccurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy andguidance.
7.
Acceptingan equal share of the practice workload by working collaboratively.
8.
Worktowards innovative practice and quality improvements within the practice.9.
Assist inthe work towards completing QOF across all practices.
10.
Attend andcontribute to practice meetings as required.11.
Supportwith de brief of Physician Associates.
12.
Supporttraining of medical students from all clinical disciplines, this includeshaving students sitting in on clinics.13.
Supportpractices with enhancing income and reducing unnecessary expenditure.14.
Completehome visits.15.
Completecare home ward rounds as required.16.
Participatein practice audits as requested.17.
Participatein the review of significant and near miss events applying a structured rootcause analysis approach.

Person Specification Experience Essential Experience of working in a primary care setting Evidence of continued professional development Experience of QOF and clinical audit.
Experience of medicines management.
General understanding of the primary care contract.
Qualifications Essential Qualified GP MRCGP Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP General Practice Certificate of completion of Training CCT.
