Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute a global sales strategy tailored for distributor markets, expanding reach and revenue.
Distributor Partnership Building : Establish and nurture relationships with top distributors, collaborating to unlock growth opportunities and align with our corporate goals.
Team Empowerment : Guide and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive consistent success.
Market Insight & Innovation : Analyze trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to refine strategy and enhance product trajectory.
