As the Global Reward Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across the business to deliver and enhance their reward offering. From salary benchmarking and benefits management to reward analysis, this role is pivotal in supporting their growth and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Build strong partnerships across business units globally.Lead salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews, and bonus processes.Design and maintain a global benefits matrix.Provide data-driven insights to inform reward decisions.Benchmark company benefits and propose enhancements.Support reward projects and embed innovative practices.Stay up to date with trends and legislation to ensure compliance.Key Requirements
