We are looking for an experienced Global People Operations Manager who will embed our team values around Curiosity, Quality and Customer Focus to ensure we're creating global, efficient and fit for purpose policy, process and procedures covering the full spectrum of the employment lifecycle.  You will need to leverage your experience of building and running HR shared services to transform our existing ways of working, always driving continuous improvement through data driven HR solutions and automation.  Ideally you will be a problem solver, with a passion for improving our employee and manager experience with pragmatic and commercial solutions.
Natural gravitas, the ability to instil trust and remain unflappable in a fast paced and changeable environment combined with the ability to build credible relationships is key.
Experience supporting Mergers and Acquisitions would be advantageous.    Responsibilities     As guardian of the Employee Experience, identify and implement opportunities to improve the Moments that Matter in the employee experience and our operational effectiveness, considering client needs, customer experience and SLAs.  Contribute to the HR leadership team and HR strategy.  Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team in support of this.   Act as thought partner with senior leadership to integrate new work, processes, businesses, markets and projects across the regions and where appropriate the wider business.  Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to build trust, transparency and credibility in our service delivery and HR brand.  Own end to end People Operations policy, process and procedure across the full spectrum of the employment lifecycle (including Employee Handbooks) - Implement a global approach, with local application where necessary.  Manage, motivate and develop the global People Operations team to work well as a team and to have pride in delivering operational effectiveness.    Create clear internal training material and process documentation for the team; manage the HR folders, templates and process guides.  Provide direct, escalation support to senior level stakeholders for time sensitive or highly confidential global people operations work.
Provide onsite expertise and escalation support to regional stakeholders as needed.  Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Ensure data integrity and reliability in the team; maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.  Leverage technology to improve operational effectiveness and the employee experience, and to build a global People operations service Hub.
Drive digitization and enhancements (streamline, centralise, drive efficiencies; workflows); own HR systems administration.  Provide reporting, data driven insights and analytics on multiple People team areas to inform decision making, including gender pay reporting, performance and salary reviews as well as ad hoc dashboards and data requests.    HR budget and vendor management.  Ensure our BAU cyclical events are appropriately planned and delivered to time; galvanising all stakeholders as needed with effective influencing and communication skills (e.g.
performance & compensation reviews, Surveys).  Manage and contribute to local audit requirements as may be necessary.  Keep abreast of employment law that impacts on our policy and processes across all our locations and adapt them as necessary to ensure compliance.  Support with managing the immigration and visa, relocation process; ensuring a seamless operation with relevant stakeholders in line with our global mobility policy to support a positive employee and candidate experience.  Ensure reliable and compliant payroll delivery in all our locations; and that effective payroll checking and controls are in place.  Ensure a fit for purpose Benefits offering and support for our business locations and stakeholders, within policy and budget constraints and aligned with wider compensation strategy.  Own and manage global benefits delivery and vendor management.  In support of HR and business transformation lead and contribute to HR projects as required from time to time.  In particular, lead on Acquisition employee integration and onboarding requirements (payroll, benefits & employment terms).  Some travel may be required with the job.    Requirements Proven experience as an international HR Operations Manager.  A true HR Generalist with excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR operations, including payroll and processes, and a good understanding of employment law.  Commercially astute to be able to understand and impact business objectives, with a pragmatic and solutions focussed approach.
  Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, networking, continuous improvement, and technical aptitude skills.  Solid project and change management skills - experience of leading and delivering HR operations transformation projects and/or experience supporting Mergers and Acquisitions would be an advantage.  Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.  Flexible personal style, proven ability to influence at all levels of an organisation and challenge thinking in an appropriate, useful way.
