General Operative

Multistaff Recruitment Solutions Limited have an exciting new opportunity for x 4 general operatives to join our client based in Curdworth (Near Sutton Coldfield).
**The ideal candidate needs their own transport or live very local to the site as there the site is not accessible by public transport** As a General Operative you will join the established team in place to support the day to day running of the site.
What we offer Fixed shift working pattern of your choice either 13:30 – 22:00 Plenty of Overtime available 40 hours per week Long term ongoing work for somebody who proves to be a reliable and hard-working person Weekly Paid Your day to day General handling of crates Moving items to a wash facility using MHE equipment Stacking crates by hand Loading and unloading a wash machine Working in a clean warehouse environment Working in a small team to ensure all daily targets are met Manual lifting of items between 5-10KG.
Must be physically fit to do labour intensive work What we are looking for: Positive people with a can-do attitude.
Someone who enjoys working in a manual environment where heavy lifting is part of the daily activities.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
