Rathfinny Wine Estate is one of the most exciting and dynamic wine estates in the UK, offering exceptional wine tourism experiences that highlight the beauty of our estate and the quality of our premium wines.
We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking and dynamic General Manager to join our team on a full time basis and help lead the operation of our Wine Tourism business.
The Role: As General Manager, you will work closely with the owners to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our premium Wine Tourism business.
This includes the management of our key venues: The Tasting Room, The Flint Barns, The Hut, and The Cellar Door, as well as the services and experiences we offer our guests.
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences while ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all wine tourism venues and guest experiences at Rathfinny Wine Estate Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming, engaging environment for our guests Event Coordination: Plan, manage, and execute a variety of events and functions hosted at the Estate, including weddings and corporate events, working closely with external suppliers and partners.
Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure that every guest interaction is of the highest standard, and consistently look for ways to enhance and innovate the visitor experience Financial Oversight: Support the development and management of budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability Collaboration: Work with the owners and senior leadership team to align the Wine Tourism operations with the broader vision of Rathfinny Wine Estate Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the overall business strategy and vision, bringing fresh ideas and forward-thinking solutions to ensure continued growth and success Who You Are: A dynamic and forward-thinking leader with a passion for wine and hospitality.
