Our client is a small UK based IT organisation who pride themselves on providing a professional IT support service across Susses.
They are now looking for an experienced IT operations manager to join their team based in Newhaven.
50% office based, 50% on-site.
Position Overview Managing workloadsMaking sure SLA's are adhered too Help with training new staffLiaising with the accounts and HR Director with any issuesProvisioning and ordering of services both hardware, cloud and softwareHelping out with the Helpdesk Identify emerging issues and is a knowledge expertEnsure that the infrastructure is available within service level agreements To maintain close working relationships with users, 3rd parties, vendors and stakeholders.
Manage the resolution of major operational incidents Position Remuneration Experience in an manageable IT roleActive DirectoryGood knowledge of server 2016 – 2019Good understanding of VoIP techDBS is requiredExcellent customer service skillsOffice 365 and networking knowledgeKnowledge of virtualisationProblem-solving skills Position Remuneration Monday to Friday 9am – 5pmSalary £33,000 – £40,000 DOE25 days holiday including bank holiday (Extra day off each year of service)Pension SchemeFree ParkingUse company car if you need to go to an IT appointmentCompany events
