The Role As General Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company's strategic growth.
You'll oversee operations, develop high-impact sales strategies, and ensure financial performance meets targets.
This role is pivotal in shaping the business's market presence and its internal culture, fostering a motivated, collaborative team environment as the company evolves.
Key responsibilities include: Strategic Planning : Lead sales strategy and identify growth opportunities, particularly in emerging technology areas.
Financial Management : Oversee P&L Team Development : Provide coaching and development for the team, promoting growth and engagement.
Market Expansion: Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events to enhance brand presence and uncover growth prospects.
Client Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key clients across Europe.
