We are looking for a Process Leader to join our production team at our site in Caistor, North Lincolnshire.

£14.64 per hour + additional £2.00p/h for weekends.
Guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime.
Earn a minimum of £585 per week.

Purpose of the role As a Process Leader, you will help manage production processes and production staff in order to meet safety, quality, productivity, training and cost targets set by the company.
You'll play a key role in the production department helping manage and motivate your production lines in order to meet our customers' needs to the relevant standards.
Key responsibilities include: Organising and motivating production staff to meet KPI targets.
Having responsibility for ensuring new staff are trained and developed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring products are consistently meeting specifications.
Offering insight and experience to help with continuous improvement of processes.
Ensuring KPI data is up to date and reported to management.
Escalating any issue or potential issues to production management and planners.
What we are looking for: Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent communication ability alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
A practical approach to problem solving.
A reliable team player who is approachable for other members of staff.
