The Role As General Manager, you will create a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do by motivating, training, and leading by example.
You will coach your team to fulfill their potential, ensuring you and your team embrace our core values: Care, Community, and Connection .
As a new Rockfish General Manager, you will be supported by structured training before you start in your restaurant, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish.
Minimum Requirements: You will be required to have at least one year's experience at General Manager level in a similar restaurant environment.
Salary and Benefits: The Basic Salary for this role is £38k p/a plus tips, bonus, and paid overtime.
