We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at one of our leading contracts in Farringdon. Are you a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and exceptional catering experiences?
We are looking for a General Manager with forward-thinking flair to take our catering operation to the next level.

Rate of pay: £46,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations:
Oversee daily catering operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Plan and execute events, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver excellent service.
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance.
Motivate and support staff to achieve their best.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Full understanding and ownership of site P&L.
Monitor financial performance and work toward profitability targets.
Negotiate with suppliers for value and quality.
Strategy and Growth:
Develop plans to expand and enhance catering services.
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
Drive marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Quality and Sustainability:
Maintain high service standards and consistent quality.
Implement sustainable practices and stay innovative.
Regularly review feedback to improve services.
