Responsibilities:Oversee business operations, sales, HR, finance, quality, health and safety.Direct and motivate the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets within their specific team.Manage and motivate UK teams to develop internal and external stakeholder relationships to increase market share and revenue.Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.Minimum Requirements:To apply for this General Manager role, you will need a degree in manufacturing operations, business, or a related field, possibly a Master's Degree. You will also require the following:
