We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Canterbury restaurant.
With a approx 170 covers, this 400 year old historical building makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.
There is a fantastic front of house team which is well equipped for the festive period.
There also is a strong back of house team with a grea Head Chef.
We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle!
The stated salary includes the predicated service charge.
We also offer our General Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

We're looking for an General Manager who: · Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant · Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams · Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences · Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture · Loves to be in the thick of it.
