Fund Finance Lawyer

THE FIRMA prestigious City law firmTHE ROLEThe finance team is seeking an associate with the ability to handle fund finance matters likely to include hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities - ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers, with experience from an international or leading regional law firm.You will have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and the ability to lead deals in a friendly, collegiate environmentABOUT YOUWith excellent academics and ideally 3PQE plus, you'll have a strong client focus and a willingness to become actively involved in marketing and business development, be commercially driven and able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
