Functional Assessor (Midlands)

Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
Utilize strong observational and communication skills to listen, empathize, and conduct thorough evaluations.
Demonstrate proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote systems.
Manage your workload efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets.
Requirements Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.)
with a valid PIN and no restrictions.
A valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.
Salary and Bonuses Base Salary: £38,500 - £41,500* Retention Bonus: 5% Additional Bonus: Up to 10% for quality and retention Estimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650 Benefits 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years), plus options for additional leave.

Working Hours Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
Flexible hours available to be agreed with your line manager post-training, balancing personal needs with business requirements.
Working hours can be scheduled between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
Sample shifts: 8am 4:30pm or 9am 5:30pm.
At least 4 weeks notice will be given for any changes to your schedule.
