You'll be joining a hard-working, friendly and supportive team.
This is an in office role, Monday – Friday.
What you'll be doing day to day:Greeting and engaging with clients front of houseAnswering calls and directing to colleaguesCoordinating a busy schedule of meeting room bookingsEnsuring meeting rooms are well presented and assisting with AVManaging post and booking couriers and taxisOrdering lunches when required for meetingsProviding back up support to EAs, such as processing expensesHelping prepare marketing materialsHelping to organise team and client eventsAssisting with ad-hoc requests with enthusiasm!The skills you need to bring:Some experience of working in a professional environment, interacting with customersA passion for providing the best possible service and supportOrganised, methodical, and able to keep calm while juggling multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailStrong proficiency in MS OfficeEagerness to learn from experienced team membersFlexible with ability to use own initiative
