Founded in 2001 The FD & CFO Centre is a fast-growing organisation now made up of over 1,000 people, on 5 continents, across 19 countries, and operating in 92 regions.
The business is structured so that our clients can enjoy the combined skills, contacts, and experience of our entire national and international FD/CFO team without the cost of employing a full-time FD/CFO.
Role Purpose: The role holder is responsible for planning, promoting and managing regional and national events.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate a previous experience in planning and hosting of successful events.
You will need to ensure a positive audience engagement and successfully represent our brand image.
To be successful you will have a good level of understanding of our drivers and CFO Centre services.
You will also be good at building relationships with the commercial and marketing team and delivering to defined quality, budget and timescales.
Responsibilities: · Be responsible and oversea planning, organising and implementing national virtual and face to face events, based on our content themes throughout the year.
· Support, where needed, the commercial team with regional events with an 'out of the box' solution.
Supporting with collateral and any pre promotion and post follow up.
· Help support and work with the Field & Partnerships Lead with any joint national partner events.
· Work closely with the wider marketing and commercial team to help execute events as standalone events or as part of an integrated campaign.
· Suggest which events there is opportunity to promote the CFOC, through sponsorship, speaker or attendance.
· Own your event budget, ensuring all activity is within the budget set and there is a clear ROI.
KPIs: · Engagement – volume of leads and deals generated from all events.
· Quality – conversion of deals to clients and the retention rate of those clients.
· Volume of events throughout the year Skills & Knowledge: · Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or part of a small team.
· Strong organisational, relationship and communication skills.
· Ability to align cross functional teams to deliver customer centric outcomes.
· Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully across the organisation.

Requirements: · Minimum 2 years event experience (essential), ideally in B2B · HubSpot CRM experience (desirable) · Needs to be commutable to Swindon to build relationship with the Team
