Role purpose We are currently recruiting for a Framework Manager to manage our Southern Water framework.
With a hybrid working model, ideally you would be willing to commute to the Maidstone office or selected Southern Water offices three times weekly.
You will be expected to travel to HQ at least once a month for project reviews and visit client sites regularly.
This role would suit a Senior Project Manager looking to take the next steps into a Framework Manager capacity.
Role overview As a Framework Manager at Bridges, you will lead the successful planning, contract management, resource management, financial accounting, and SHEW Management for our framework.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and navigating challenges to achieve outstanding results.
The Role Contracted to 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
To ensure the framework(s) are delivered in line with the contract terms as laid out in the framework agreement Responsible for the successful delivery of allocated projects Accept and manage issues escalated from site personnel and Project Management team Liaison with all project stakeholders to establish timescales and ensure deliverables are met Control framework expenditure Production and management of site paperwork.
Requirements Industrial engineering experience – ie water industry, MEICA, civils Proven experience and delivery of an allocated project portfolio Experience in managing CDM sites and working on CDM sites Capable of effectively managing more than one project at any one time, depending on complexity Capable of effectively managing teams, including employees and subcontractors Experience in managing clients and internal / external stakeholders IOSH Managing Safely CDM Awareness (ideally SSSTS or SMSTS) CSCS Card Full UK Driving license Desirable Minimum HNC / HND level qualifications (desirable) APMP / PRINCE (desirable) Benefits BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR BRIDGES RoSPA Gold Medal winner, Bridges - is an excellent company to work for and a great place to develop your career.
