Maximizing turnover by motivating and inspiring the Beauty & Fragrance team to achieve targets set by store manager through excellent customer service, eventing, placing orders and ensuring stock levels are correct, key holder duties and cashing up tills.QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCEEssential Criteria GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent IT literate – Microsoft Office A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy, retail outlet environment working with beauty and Fragrance products Excellent Communication interpersonal skills and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
The applicant must have the right to work in the UK (proof requested).
Desirable 3rd level qualification in the field of Health and Beauty Previous experience in a Supervisory role in a retail pharmacy environment Experience in staff management including rotas/holidays etc.
HoursPermanent 40 hours per week Monday - Sunday based on a rota.Flexibility is requiredJob Related documents
