The Founder Associate is a unique opportunity to work alongside the founders at Tally Workspace.
You will be the right-hand of the founders, working with them on business development, strategic projects and representing Tally Workspace at London startup events.

What You'll Be Up To Representing Tally Workspace at events, conferences and talks (we want you to be a key face of Tally Workspace and spread the word).
Creating and implementing prospecting strategies, from Prospecting trees to VC Partnerships Creating leads and building your own pipeline whilst also supporting the founders on building their own pipeline via their network.
Process, process, process - championing and proposing ways we can improve how we work as a team, from sales processes to implementing AI From day one, you will be assigned to various projects and challenges throughout the company, with considerable autonomy and responsibility.
Being part of startup peer groups and implementing learnings about best practices.
Owning our Partnerships (VCs and Accelerators) and creating new ones.
Implementing and maintaining company OKRs, all-hands meetings, feedback and pulse surveys.
Hosting events for our customers and our team at the coolest locations in London - we are currently arranging 'Founders Associate' coworking day!
Sounds like you?
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth environment (similar role, start-up, consultancy) where you're used to learning fast, working hard, and thinking analytically A people person: You love and enjoy attending events and are eager to be a known name in the London startup ecosystem.
Educational excellence: A Bachelor's degree with outstanding results, or outstanding performance at an early-stage company.
Entrepreneurial: You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You are always selling and pitching the business to create opportunities.
Thrive in ambiguity: Ability to operate effectively with high degrees of ambiguity and uncertainty, and to execute tasks against tight timelines and aggressive schedules Methodical: Someone who is results-driven, highly reliable, and eager to invent and simplify current processes and practices Communication: You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts verbally or written.

A strong salary regardless of location - £30,000 - £40,000 p.a.
